i am doing bike cardio, resistance strings, small weights.

It sounds to me like you're going in the right direction. You might try mixing up your cardio, i.e. biking one day, running another day, then swimming, etc. That keeps your body from adjusting to the activity and keeps your metabolism higher. When you do weights, less weight and reps over more sets is the way to go for muscle density. I'd aim for a weight that you can do 15-20 reps a set and do 4-5 sets.

thank you! my biking didn't burn as much as it use to. I'm gonna start jogging for 30 min and alternate between the bike machine. honestly, would like to swim but I don't have time.
im doing 3 x 10 reps right now. I do them super slow and focus on body composure and positioning. I don't know if that's correct or not.
4-5 x 15-20 reps - ill give that a try
