So she is incredibly in-shape, and is borderline on abs. She barely has any excess body fat and not much of a gut. But even with her being in-shape like this, this little pocket of fat under her chin won't seem to go away. It's not like a full on double-chin, but whenever she's facing forward, it hangs out like a little chicken muff, under her chin. Any exercises or advice on how she can get rid of it?
