How do I get rid of "fat girl smell"?

My spare bedroom has fat girl smell ever since my friend and his wife stayed there for a week while their place was being renovated (presumably to rid it of fat girl smell)

You see, his wife is fat and definitely emits that distinct and unmistakable fat girl smell.

I already washed the linen, shampooed the carpets and vacuumed quite vigorously but it still smells.
How do you actually get rid of fat girl smell?
Any help is appreciated.

I'm guessing that's more psychological than existent but try some candles

Get a hose and spray bleach all over the room. Don't add water, just pure bleach.
Pure alcohol would also do, but depending on the type of carpet and type of furniture you have (like wood) it may damage it.
