Anyone know how to get rid of fat under your chin?

I’ve just naturally a big double chin no matter the exercises.
I just am feeling so ugly about myself and have been my whole life that I’ve decided to go down the plastic route if any one could tell me what I could do?
I would just love to look in the mirror and feel beautiful.
So any recommendations for something that will get rid of that fat and give me a jaw line?

Let me guess. . . . You "eat healthy" too, right? So, here is the thing. . . . This is going to require work on your part?

But, you're already discussing Plastic surgery. . . . . You're gonna have to realize that your body doesn't lie.

If you're eating like shit, and exercising like shit, your body will reveal that.

Now the question is, are you willing to take step 1? If not, go see a fat removal center.

But, I'm warning you right now? You will be SUPER disappointed.

Fat removal isn't for people who are at a high body fat percentage and want it gone. It's for people who are at a low percentage and want to get rid of that last bit of stubborn belly fat.

You go the plastic route, it's just gonna come back.

Wow it won't work. Do some jaw execersices like recite each wovel around 15-20 times. Do eat chewing gums, and try to make rest ur tounge at lower side of jaw.

Lose weight. There is an injection that is used to dissolve fat. Usually someone as young as you does not go this route.

Unfortunately a double chin is often genetic. Aside from losing weight which will probably be ineffective the only option is surgery
