I don't have medicare because I'm on a visa and I don't have the money to go see a doctor but I recently had my first time with another man and i've been experiencing constipation.
Did his sperm maybe mix into it causing a more glue like consistency.
Please help.

Having anal sex is not going to cause constipation. You need to make sure you are drinking enough water. Also making sure you are eating enough fiber can help as well. Any sort of laxative should be considered as last resort.

Those are likely unrelated. Anal sex doesn't cause constipation, it's just a coincidence that it happened around the same time.
I recommend taking some stool softeners/laxatives, drinking plenty of water, and getting some addition fiber in your diet. Personally I've had good luck with a big serving of broccoli and carrots to get everything moving along
