I do leg workouts only on Saturday it take much more time to repair legs , and it make very difficult to do normal taks like runnnig , sometimes after heavy workout it takes me some time to stand up. on my legs , that's most people skip that , i guess
Those guys who do zero leg days look insanely weird. Almost like they have 2 different bodies glued together at the waist 😂

Neither answer.
My answer is because I do plenty of lower body work when I hike three days a week, walk and stand all day at work, and am generally working my lower body plenty that I never have a situation where my lower body is too weak to do the tasks I ask of it.
Upper body on the other hand, gets neglected if not intentionally trained.
But your activities are aerobic, not strength/mass like the upper body.
Be that as it may, the statement still stands true that my lower body never has issue doing the tasks I require. I also have been told many times I have a nice butt and thighs.
Maybe it's genetical
maybe hauling 80kg+ up and down 400m three times a week is more strength/mass training than you give it credit for?
Ahhhh I thought a regular hike, you didn't mention weights.
It is a regular hike, that's how much I weigh carrying just water. I do the hike for time, though. So it's not a leisurely pace, it's as fast as I can get up the mountain without pushing so hard I puke.
I know a few guys that just hate working legs. All they care about is getting big arms. Working legs take a lot of endurance and some people don't like to work out like that.
you can get a bigger upper body if u dont train legs
