You all try to be that booty ass bitch.
You go to the gym and you do nothing but hip thrusts, lunges, squats and deadlifts.
You can't even do one press up.
You can't even press 2kg.
tbh, I used to skip legs. Now I work on them. But because I workout at home, they're harder to train. I do deadlifts which are fine. And I can do barbell squats. But it's a pain to do the latter during the week because I have to set up my squat rack.00 Reply

Omg…one of my biggest pet peeve’s in the fitness world. The reason is simply laziness. Working out your legs is the most physically exhausting body part to exercise. And if done properly it takes an entire workout day to sufficiently cover all of the different muscles. So again, those who don’t include legs in their weekly routines just don’t want to put forth the effort. They also think that people won’t notice…. so far from the truth.

I never skip leg day. Honestly for most girls I'd the most important workout. Got rid of my white girl booty and got it firmed up and juicy looking lol. Thank you squats!

They may think it doesn't matter.. I've seen some guys like that at the gym. they spend hours on chest and arms. but walk past the machines to help their legs and ass.

I try not to neglect mine. I have a muscle condition in which many of my muscles look - let's just say less than perfect no matter WHAT I do to them. And as a man, you rarely get complimented on your legs. And legs aren't as much of a prerequisite to being attractive as the upper body show muscles are. So bigger or stronger legs become less valued.
Even when I was working out for the approval of others, I would frequently skip leg day. I let other people's compliments define the muscles I should prioritize. Now? Not so much. I used to play a lot of hockey and now my legs seem to be permanently chiseled out of stone. It in fact would take months of intense upper body workouts to get the rest of me to catch up. So i mostly just focus on cardio with some light upper body stuff.

I don't even go to the gym, I do a bit of exercise at home with some weights, and it's not even everyday, I just do it so my arms don't feel weak or cramps when I lift heavy things or sore as he'll so I don't really gotta worry about lookin like jhonny bravo lol

Calves and lower arms are difficult to train. I need someone who does deep tissue massage few hours after calves workout, because I can't walk at least two days without releasing lower leg muscles.

I mean yeah if we're all getting our full workout on, shouldn't be skippin on nothin. But in reality, dudes can focus on upper body and da ladies on lower body. If we've all got those covered, then go ahead and hit the other side of the coin.
10 Reply Probably because guys use their legs a lot during the day especially when they play sports like basketball, football, soccer, other fighting sports… may be because of that they don’t focus on their legs too much while exercising 🤷

As long as your upper body gets stronger and larger your lower body will as well. Since it's carrying more weight :D. But for real I guess the reason is that they only pay attention to their upper body.

No real man does, real men head to the gym 3x a day regardless of height and weight unless they are physically disabled. Even ugly autistic guys hit the gym. Only an IDIOT would make an excuse to skip leg day!!

I play football (or used to play before I semi retired) so my legs were in far better shape than my upper body, now I've pretty much retired it's going to be all downhill from here lol

A lot of guys ego lift and think it's cool to work only on the poor biceps.
