Why do think women like hot af showers and guys like warm?

I hate both warm, and hot showers...

I like them cold, and I need the cold as possible and especially in the mornings because that's what energizes me and gets me out of the stupor my mind usually tends to wake up to, same with my body... I don't exactly wake up tired but a good cold shower always gets my gears kicking properly... I guess cold showers are my morning coffee.

I think it's a combination of things. If they are smaller the volume to skin ratio is greater which means you lose heath faster. It could also have to do with metabolic rate. I know women's hands and feet consistently tend to be colder which I'd also link to the same but it might explain why they feel more comfortable in hotter showers.

I like it hot AF but it's because I have a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I need the scolding hot water to loosen up my body in the morning after waking.

Cold or warm is all the same to me... torture.

I need HOT water (summer or winter). I am chilly most of the time. I am also used to very hot water (I think from dish washing).

I actually don’t know, but I assume it’s just the difference of sensitivity between men & women’s skins, preference, etc.

I can't say why but it certainly beats me if all women don't have skin issues showering in those volcanic temperatures.

My best guess is that the heat is therapeutic for women but for guys, we prefer warm showers since being boiled alive is very insane.

Maybe generally speaking because women are often smaller, get cold easier, and like it hotter? But my brother is the exception. I know some guys that love it hot.

My wife takes showers hot enough to melt flesh (figuratively speaking) , I can't do anything past warm to very warm or I sweat after and have to stop to catch my breath after Im out
