Are you already at a healthy weight/body composition? Just asking the dumb question.
Another dumb question: I read in the comments you can only eat 1300 calories a day because of your reduced stomach size. How is it that you exercise every day and you're concerned about counting calories to make sure you don't eat too much? How chill are your workouts? My intuitive notion (whether right or wrong) is that you should be struggling NOT TO LOSE weight with a calorie cap that low.
As far as nutrition, I think you're already incentivized to do this since you have only 30% of your stomach, but really try to eat nutrient dense foods that are high quality.
Weight lifting would probably be a good thing to mix in. Remember that your legs are your biggest muscles (so they will grow the most and use the most energy, and they produce the most growth hormones), so try to do compound exercises involving legs; like squats and deadlifts. Depending on your goals (like if you're averse to having visible muscle definition), I'd train for strength, injury prevention and stability. Then your cardio sessions can be more explosive too. Would strongly recommend switching it up with swimming and cycling sometimes for cardio since you can shed pounds easily without the joint impact you'd get from running (which can actually be good for you, just maybe not every day). All my cycling friends burn so many goddamn calories... Forget fat, not even their muscle mass is safe. They struggle to keep muscle mass on their frames that they previously worked hard to build and they're on a constant mission to eat more so they don't lose their gains, to where they're literally trying to drink calorie and carb-rich drinks while they're biking.
