That guy was just being ridiculous. If anything, she's closer to being underweight considering a six foot tall woman should weigh around 160-170 lbs, and the "average" American woman (as fat as they are) is 5'5", 165 lbs. So 148 is good on a woman unless you're like, 4'11".
