Boobs job advice?

i’m 19, i really don’t like how my boobies looks, i don’t care about the size since they’re nor small nor big but they look so weird. i’ve been trying to accept them as they are but it’s not working.
they don’t sag but the areola is a bit large and has a low pole (also my left areola isn’t even round shaped lol) which i’m pretty sure it’s the cause for the weird looking shape.
i don’t worry for a future partner, i know there’s many guys out there who don’t give a damn if they love me, it’s just something about me, i want to be able to look at the mirror and feel sexy or to be able to go braless and look good, yk.
so, have any of you had a areola reduction and/or lift? what are the cons? did the scars fade or are they still there?
note that i will do everything to avoid getting implants, really don’t want them.

Trust me you'll grow out of it.. give it time. You're self esteem and priorities also will change. Your breast will change too as you grow. You're a teen trust me.

I remember when I was younger I wanted a breast reduction so bad. I saved money and searched surgeons and worked hard to get it done. So I went to visit the surgeon for a consultation. And I was lucky because that surgeon had ethics and values and didn't care about the money. He just told me what I told you above. He also explained that many women suffer from complications and scarring after the surgery. He said that a reduction without implant would need revision. And implants can cause toxicity. But the most important thing he said was that any implant or reduction have high chances that I'd come in 10 or 15 years to change them anyways. That's the manufacturer and surgeans recommendation. And if I ever had kids this whole thing would change again. He of course said it in more details and more intelligently lol.

So he lastly said come and see me when you are in your late twenties. And at that time if you still insist I would do the best work I ever did on you. by the way in my country this was the most famous plastic surgeon.

Guess what I never went back. And honestly I laugh at myself and how insecure I was about my breasts for no fucking reason. The were and continues to be perfect and one of my best natural assets. Young lady I was funnel focusing on having small breasts like all the other girls that I didn't even see that I was beautiful. And that's my only regret. Wasting all that energy and being sad when I could of just be proud.

So your insecurity is different. But that is not the point. You're brain will always focus on your imperfections until you give it something new to be possessed about. Let that be your education and career or personality. Not plastic surgery. That's what I did and I'm proud of myself now🌹❤️

Believe me I trust that it makes you sad. I can relate to that myself. I always felt so fat even when I weighed 86 pounds just because I hd big boobs. I didn't learn how to dress for my body shape simply at that time I hated my body shape. My sisters and mom laughed at me and called me Mrs. Toad the 'evil mama frog' from the cartoon Thumbelina 'Google it lol' It was one of many things my family bullied me about my appearance growing up. So I really hated everything about me. So even when people outside be it men or women called me beautiful I couldn't believe it. How could I? I remember them pinning me to the ground my brother and sisters and taking a picture of me with a messed up hair and bad clothing and keeping that picture to luagh at me infront of other people for years to come. My mom also thought that was funny. They colored my face with black ash from old cooking pan because I was a bit darker than them. And till I was an adult they used a local slur that means black ash to refer to me (I'm not even black by the way)

So when you say it makes you sad and it hurts you trust me I believe you. But I also know that you will eventually find yourself if you put the effort. I did it so I'm not bullshitting you dear. I am highly educated with masters and will get my PhD. I own my own house and car. I'm successful in what I do and I'm a civil engineer.

So you see your boobs don't determine your happiness. or how successful you are. You are as strong and resilient as you believe you are 🌹

You'll be sore for a couple weeks. Because of swelling. They'll probably look huge for a little while too.

You may get scarring. How bad depends on the surgery, quality of surgeon, how your body heals and to some extent post surgical care.

You may also experience reduced sensitivity in the breasts or nipples. Then again they might get more sensitive.

There's also the possibility of infections or a nerve getting damaged. But that's quite low.

is there a chance the scars won’t go away? will i still be able to breastfeed?

Scarring is possible around the areola when reduced. Especially if there's post surgical stretching of the scar tissue. You can look up before and after pictures. But you might need scar revision surgery later, which can also scar if stretching occurs.

You can also opt for a tattoo to soften and blend the scar in. But you'd want to wait the full healing time the surgeon recommends waiting. For the scar tissue to heal on it's own.

Breastfeeding shouldn't be affected.

There's also a lot of info on post surgical scar techniques to minimize scarring. Look them up and ask your surgeon about them before the surgery. To see if they're a good idea. They'll also give you post surgical instructions. Generally if you take really good care. You can keep it to a minimum.

You have nothing to be worried about. All guys love boobs and do not care what they look like ot their shape. They just want to play with them and enjoy them. They won't even notice if they are not the same or different. Love your body and accept it the way it is. You will be happier for it in the long run.

yea i think that too but I don't know, my first boyfriend didn’t saw me naked cause we broke up before we got intimate but i remember one day he went “your boobs are nice, they’re so round” and internally i was like “bruh they’re far from round” so i guess that didn’t help
