How Much Should I Be Eating?

So, I'm trying to eat a well balanced diet, and I decided to use the mypyramid eating plan feature on the mypyramid website. So I typed in my age and height and level of physical activity(30 to 60 minutes of aerobic activity) and this plan came out:

I hope the link works, if it doesn't, it says:

6 ounces of Grains

2.5 cups of Vegetables

2 cups of Fruit

3 cups of Dairy

5.5 ounces of Protein Foods

Not sure if I'm stupid or what, but am I supposed to be eating ALL of that in 1 day? Because, I kind of need to keep my calorie intake less than 1,200 a day lol and that would go well beyond 1,200.

Or is that the amount of servings I should get per week overall?

If it matters at all, I do workout. I've started doing HIIT(30-30 sprinting/walking) and 25-20 minutes of steady running on Mon, Wed, Fri and 30-45 minutes of running on Tue and Thurs
