I really hope this is possible within the next two months.
Could you guys suggest how many calories I should eat and how often I should work out per week to get to my results quicker?
Omg you have plenty of time, two months is easy if you are commited.
And it's not about how much. You eat it's actually what you are eating.
You don't want to eat any crisp, chocolates or fizzy drinks (one day a week a couple of minimal snacks if you like).
You want to eat high protein foods before and after working out and drink protein shakes if you can afford it.
And you want to work out 6 out of the 7 days a week.
It will only take you a week to see a difference.
Two months later you will be fitter than you ever was, that's only if you are commited though ;)

start eating the right foods. Workout dont over eat and cut the junk food out and you will get back to the way it was.
At 5'9, and 136 pounds your at a really good weight really skinny actually , but if you want to lose weight change your eating habits. I would work out at least 3 times a week just to be healthy that will help a lot with the ten pounds coming off.
It's unhealthy but it works: 1200 calories max. A day and workout 2 times a week.
Hi thanks for your reply. I would do this but I'm worried that the weight will come back if i start eating a little more again afterwards.
