When i do go to the gym or workout at home it usually consists of push-ups, chin ups and using free weights to do bicep curls. Other than that i use the machines to do chest exercises and shoulder exercises. But my main focus is primarily on eating right and getting in the necessary nutrients to sustain my body growth. I dont have any protein shakes at the moment just cause i want to be able to get my nutrients from foods primarily and get into a rhythm/pattern of consistently relying on them before i include any additives like protein bars/shakes. As far as sports go i play a little basketball during the day id say approximately 2 to 3 hours a week on average.
My goal is to gain 2 kilograms in the next two weeks and 10 to 12 kilograms before March so that'll ill be 70-75 kilograms. I do believe its do-able but if i want the results its about the hard work, efforts and correct eating habits and a right work out regime.
