Anyone suffering from TFCC injury?

I diagnosed tfcc tear 2 months back. I injured it during my workout. I haven't recovered it fully. Is there anyone who is still undergoing recovery or has recovered and could help me out with the process?

I feel your pain. I twisted and tore my muscles in the knee in January of this year. I was thinking it was a spring I brushed it off and so did The physician that I met with. I went back 2 months later requesting physical therapy. Since I've been through physical therapy my knee is starting to heal. And I've talked with other healthcare professionals and they said tearing the knee muscle can take some time to heal properly. Probably is the same with tfcc. Good luck with your wrist. This is also my opinion physical therapy does help..

Yes ligaments and tendons are present in the knee just like the wrist and they take a lot of time to heal. Thanks

Ice the joint for 10 minutes at a time. Compress the area with an ace bandage. Take an over-the-counter pain medication such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen for pain or swelling (but consult your physician before you do so.)

I have done this but it doesn't work much. Although my wrist hasn't fully recovered but still its recovering day by day. But its taking a lot of time. Thanks by the way:)
