Is it okay to drive with high levels of anxiety?

Not really, it's putting yourself and others at risk. Distraction kills. Be sure to only get behind the wheel on your good days when you can focus enough. When your anxiety gets too high, it's not worth it.

Some medication says 'do not drive or use heavy machinery whilst taking this medication' if it says that then no.

It could be a UK thing, but yes. here if you look on the paper inside the box, it should warn you.. Being anonymous though I have no idea where you are.. I can only go by what we have here.
