I know two digital therapists who charged over $1500 for their group therapy programs, I always thought if I make the big dollars I might give one of them a shot. I know I can find God for free but it saves time if you have trained professionals who have done the research so you don’t need to spend decades learning it alone.

I’ve spent about $400 x 3 sessions (so $1200 in total) for hyponetherapy sessions lol. It was worth it. I learned a lot about myself and how my past traumas affected me.
