This morining I rode the bike for 45 minutes at high intensity. I did supersets , 3 sets of pullups, 3 sets of dips , 3 sets calf raises. The supersetted 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of side flys.
Nice man, I was lazy af today I ran 5 miles and did 100 push ups (keep in mind I'm on a bulk I went for a run on a whim), and thank you for your service
