There is no good evidence that they do anything. Just eat a normal good diet and forget all the pseudoscience diet fads. There is a reason why it's illegal to make health claims about probiotics.
The only known benefit is a financial benefit for all the companies making a fortune selling dietary supplements.

Probiotics... Help so much more than it shows on the bottle. I use to take it every day, for many years. You need to find the right one, though. Did my body good. If I could afford it, I would be on it. Or you can have it in yogurt.. the one that says, 'live active cultures', but, I cannot have the yogurt, because am lactose intolerant.
They are good bacteria for your gut. I drink apple cider vinegar only 2tbsp with water and honey on the morning and I feel less bloated
I don’t know how they work but they are helpful increasing the organisms that assist in digestion and bloating relief. Do you have excessive bloating etc?

I take them and I am assuming they work cause my mom and I both ate the same food and she had diarrhea while I had no symptoms whatsoever. I take probiotics every day. If your on a budget, chia seeds work just as well but you have to expand them in water or yogurt for at least 10 hours before you eat them because if they expand in your stomach, you could die from organ damage. The other thing is chia seed is extremely high fibre so you don’t want to use too much because too much fibre can constipate you.
Probiotics are made up of good bacteria that helps keep your body healthy and working well. This good bacteria helps you in many ways, including fighting off bad bacteria when you have too much of it, helping you feel better. Probiotics are part of a larger picture concerning bacteria and your body — your microbiome.
Apparently they don’t work very well. The vast majority of the probiotic gets destroyed by the stomach acid
Don't ever take that it'll make you sick and can kill you. People have died from taking that shit
Keeps the constipation away.
