I remember during vacations I saw gorgeous women who were slim and fit but they did crazy hard work outs to maintain their figure. I know one very thin woman who will hike for 8 hours a day during vacations.
I used to be such a dork when I was younger, still am at heart:) Later in life I've been able to apply all that knowledge in a myriad of ways including my appearance. I'm 42 & most people that meet me think I'm still in my 20's:)

Well you probably can afford healthy food as long as you have a decent income. Maybe not if you are homeless but then again you also don’t have to be a richie rich.
And when it comes to workout and diet discipline, yes you must have some discipline. And I would say don’t just workout for aesthetics, work out for functionality.
Workout for strength, stamina, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, agility, explosiveness all of it. Work out in such a way that makes you the fittest person to survive an apocalypse.
But then again, go a little easy on yourself. Don’t try to get a six pack if you have to go crazy for it. Until like a couple years, I had six pack abs without really trying but as I reached the age of 18, my body started getting ‘thicker’ lol.
I’m still kinda ripped but I don’t have six pack abs anymore. I did manage to get close to it again but that required too strict of a diet to maintain it and I don’t see any point in six pack abs so I just quit trying.
Point is, maintain your health but don’t go crazy and keep 5% bodyfat.
To a degree, yes, but that will only get you so far.
We all know that fitness (being thin and having a bit of muscle tone) is a factor in attraction, and is responsible for a couple of points on the 10 scale to most people. But diet and exercise are only going to get Danny DeVito so far, right? It would improve him from where he is, but would anyone call him hot?
There are things you can control, and things you can't. This is something that you can control, and can make an improvement in nearly all situations, but the improvement is still relative to the overall package. If being out of shape loses you 2 points, that means a 9 drops to a 7, and a 4 drops to a 2. Fixing that won't make a 2 into a 9, but it will make them a 4, and that's much better than a 2.Not really. No money in it. There are enough people out there already owning that. BUT if you do it for you, and find something you enjoy, it will not only become more beautiful (taking care of yourself and being fit is very attractive); but you will be healthier, happier, and more confident. I do not think slim should be a goal, but just challenge yourself and be the best you that you can be.
beauty is hard work but if some people just jeep making you miserable like for examplw your fridge is small af because your big fridge suddenly cannot be fix so you cannot really stock on potatoes then hust choose how to survive and don't mind beauty so much
Beauty is subjective. Keep in mind that genetics do play a factor. Then any multitude of health issues. I'd say it's more about what you can balance
Yes I think so. She must have one hell of job that gives her tons of vacation to go hiking to 8 hours a day. Most people don't have the time for that or don't get a lit vacation hours to do so.
Yes. That’s how I look at it for myself. I think that once I lose some extra weight I’ll be more beautiful.
Probably if you’re lucky enough to get sponsored by the right people
Yes, I believe their a lot of truth in that, but not the earning money part.
Yes I think so.
