The body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on the skin when outdoors.
But between October and early March we do not make enough vitamin D from sunlight.
Vitamin D is also found in a small number of foods.
Sources include:
• oily fish – such as salmon, sardines, herring and mackerel
• red meat
• liver
• egg yolks
• fortified foods – such as some fat spreads and breakfast cereals
Another source of vitamin D is dietary supplements.
Yeah, I take a Vitamin D pill for a deficiency but I imagine you can buy them over the counter just ask the pharmacist or your general practitioner or doctor
Thanks for MHO :)
If you get a bit of sun you'll fix the vitamin D deficiency. Or there are supplements.
Go on holiday to Maldives to get plenty of sun. Doctors orders after all

Drink milk and spend some time in the sun every day with nothing on your face. About 15 minutes a day is a good start
All you need is to take Vitamin D regularly. Don't let them try to push some prescription medicine on you. They tried to push it on me I ignored them and just took Vitamin D and it fixed it.
The treatment is more vitamins.
If being in the sun makes you nauseous, that's what really needs treatment.
No just eat more green and sun light is best
I guess I'll just eat green lol
