I had an old body analysts scale that told me my body fat percentage was 15.5% I got a new scale that said my body fat percentage was 9.7% which seems like a big difference.
I did use some online body fat calculators that said anywhere from 9% to 15%.
For reference my weight is 150lbs.
My waist circumference is 30 inches.
My wrist circumference is 6 inches.
My neck circumference is 13 inches.
And my hip circumference is 35 inches.
I don’t think my body fat can be around 9% since as I understand you should see your abs at that point which I can not.
