I have been suffering from acne since puberty, then now I am 20 years old and I still have only a few pimples on my cheeks. They grow and fill with pus, then they get smaller for a while, about to disappear, then they reappear again.. especially on the left cheek.. My skin is oily and I wash my face about two to three times a day with Dettol soap, sometimes I use creams and medicines irregularly.. What is your advice to me in this regard? Have you encountered such a problem?

Pills like Accutane dry out your skin (and pretty much your entire body) which will help with bad skin, but can cause serious problems later on, such as dry eye and joint problems. I don’t recommend using pills.
Your diet could be affecting your skin, try cut down on dairy and oily/fast foods. Drink lots of water (8 glasses a day and more if you exercise), try avoid cooking with oil or butter

Wtf are facial pills? I honestly just think this is a problem a diet change can fix, if not you may have some hormonal imbalance. You should see a doctor for that as it wouldn't be a problem with your skin but the inside of you.

It's likely hormonal. In which case you're wasting time and money on creams and pills.
