I am very flexible. I scored a 9 out of 9 on the Beighton Scoring System measures joint hypermobility on a 9-point scale. So because of my scoring, I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

I used to be super flexible until my broken back was surgically fused together. Now not so much, maybe 4.
