Me and my mom worked on flexibility and cardio this morning. Both things I struggle with even though I work on both everydayπ. Yes I covered my face because I was really struggling with this pose and it was an ugly face lol

Well @CuriousDalia, you are singing to the choir! I just got home from my Hard Yoga class, that pose you have assumed is a difficult one, at best. I see you are wearing high top tennis shoes, and we do yoga bare foot, and balance in that pose, bare-foot is not easy. You are 18 and flexibility should not be a problem for you at 18, but I suppose it can be at any age.
I am a few decades older than you, and I work on Strength, Flexibility, Range of Motion, and Balance in my classes, and at my 'Advanced age" 🤷ββοΈ🤷ββοΈ🤷ββοΈ😂 LOL, it is more of a struggle than you might imagine. My area of loss of flexibility, is in my ham strings, and I have to work my butt off to keep both legs up (straight up) when doing 'core' strength.
Keep at it, looks like you do well at it.
My hamstring are always so tight at the start of workouts! It takes forever to warm them up and then I can finally use them lmao
I've always been fit , but even in full full training my flexibility was never great , i've tried everything to stretch my hamstrings , I think we can all improve but I think for some of us its much tougher than others , so playing football , I was really fit , cardio , resistance , loved it ! And was fitter than most , then we'd be in some other flex class , and I was hopeless , seriously I still work at it.
Id rate myself a 5 .
I'd have to say a 10 for me. I work out daily and I have training in Yoga, Gymnastics, Dance and Martial Arts, all of which require flexibility and balance.
At my age, about a 4. I'm afraid though that if I tried to do the splits I'd stay there. I've fallen down, like London Bridge, and can't get up.

I score a 9 out of 9 on the Breighton scale.
Well about 4 out of 10 by my own standards and 7 out of 10 by general men standards. I can get to about 80 degrees on a pike...
I mean, men aren't flexible, women aren't strong, that's just how it goes, man.
9 or a 10. I've been dancing since I was 9 and also did cheerleading in highschool. I can do splits. I stretch everyday before my classes.
5-6/10. I'm strong for a thin and tall girl but my flexibility is average, I suppose I should stretch my muscles more.
msybe a 2. I am not flexible at all. I was working on it for a while but have gotten too busy for it.
Pre pregnancy 8. During 10. After 13. After going back to "normal" 5.
I'm about a 6 or 7. Everything bends, just not that far sometimes.
Can you do the splits 🤔😏
I am as flexible as concrete lol. Actually I'm ok prob normal but thanks for reminding me to stretch ha
My girlfriend and her are just like sibling and pretty much liberal, open one another. I would say 9/10.
Seven. I used to be very flexible when I was younger.
Probably 4/10. I'm tall and kind of awkward.
Maybe like 4? I can get both my legs behind my head, and can almost get into a split! Almost.
Tbh probably a 5-6? I'm not sorry flexible but I play football soooo I have to be lithe lol
Very I can palm the floor and I am 63, stretch everyday, for 40 years now
i am not flexible at all anymore. if i bend, I break. 🤣
I would be a solid 8.
Eh, probably a five.
Iβm probably like an 8 or 9.
i'm flexible enough, but you are beautiful
Zero 😂

Six or seven.
Probably 7/10
