Does everyone have morning breath?

Of course everyone does. Dark wet warm interior of your mouth - perfect place for germs to grow. Brushing teeth and mouthwash - only works for a few hours after you go to sleep. But Nothing can stop morning breath from happening.
You are completely 100% incorrect. I used to believe the same. No one is supposed to have morning breath and there are ways of getting rid of it for good. Once you develop an environment where the oral microbiome consistently have more good than bad, you no longer get morning breath. In fact, the problem will be waking up with breath so fresh, you have to make a conscious effort to remember to brush.
@Truthatanycost Iām all ears. Please continue šš. This is one time I will be glad to be proven wrong šš
Use a Water Pik Waterfloss filled with warm / hot water and add 1 cap of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Use this to flush the teeth / gums after each meal and before brushing. It's superior to manual floss. Do not use any commercial toothpaste only brush with ozonated olive oil. The one I use is the Nutriscript brand (Lemon Tea Tree ozonated) and has the following ingredients:
Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil*, Activated Oxygen (Ozone), Xylitol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Leptospermum Petersonii Oil (Lemon Teatree) Oil*
If you can't find that brand then PurO3 Ozonated olive oil dental is the closest one.
The ozonated olive oil has been saturated with so much ozygen / ozone that it turns to a clear color with a kind of Vaseline like texture (can take 6+ months to make a small bottle). The oxygen eradicates almost all bad bacteria in the mouth while helping the beneficial ones thrive. After brushing with this you oil pull with the same mixture for 20 minutes. Do this several times a day. Spit out into the bin, but do not rinse (important).
In addition to this you can use a curved syringe with warm water to flush out the tonsil area daily, particularly after meals. Only do this before use of the ozonated olive oil. You will also brush your tongue with a little 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and scrape with Dr. Tung tongue scraper.
Oil pulling for 20 minutes with the ozonated olive oil after brushing is key. It will attract all of the bad bacteria into the olive oil while the ozone in it kills most bad bacteria leaving mostly the good ones. After a while of this routine the beneficial bacteria will dominate the bad and your breath will be fresh all day, all night and even after a deep sleep.
Also note that I do not really eat sweets. I mostly eat a few sugar free ones. I also have a reasonably healthy diet, strength train, meditate and have a peaceful life. I'm sure that helps a lot but without the above routine, it wouldn't make a big difference. Note that if you do the above routine, but to not do the oil pulling it is unlikely to work! If you rinse after doing the oil pulling it's unlikely to work. Thus be sure to follow above as closely as possible.
In addition to all of the above, you can also use subliminal audio to instruct the subconscious to improve your dental health, dental routine, have cleaner teeth, regenerate gums and teeth etc. But it's not necessary to do to get rid of morning breath though.
@Truthatanycost - thanks šš. But what is oil pulling?
It's an old Ayurvedic technique popular in India that involves swishing and drawing coconut oil around the mouth and through the teeth for 20 minutes a time. Most Dentists will claim it's nonsense but a few studies are popping up here and there. Doing it with Coconut oil is unlikely to be as effective as ozonated olive oil though. Ozonated Coconut oil will though:

Also beware that doing oil pulling too often can potentially cause your face and head to appear much smaller. Some women may not mind this, but I doubt men want a smaller more feminine face. 1-2 times a day should be enough. I almost forgot to mention the importance of using a good electric toothbrush as well. Using in sensitive mode is what I do.
Yes for the most part. Some are definitely worse than others.
It's amazing but my boyfriend's morning breath doesn't smell like anything. Just air. He can wake up and kiss me and talk to me without any offensive odor. Hummm
Who the hell doesn't?
Anyone who has more beneficial bacteria in the mouth than bad, will not have any morning breath at all.
