Why do I keep on putting this off?

For example I downloaded a recovery app and Wysa but I haven't clicked on them. It's the same with my bank. I have called them and I'll be marked as default soon. Why do I do this?

Something is either deterring you,

or it’s not seemingly significant to you, which is why you may lose focus and forget about it constantly, and quickly.

It just has to have meaning.

Meaning more than other things because it is a priority in some aspects, and it needs to have a lot or enough meaning so anything about it that unsettles you, or seems to deter you, will not do that because it will mean too much.

Meaning and value has to be more than procrastination or fears.

This is not uncommon or just applicable to you, it’s a common human issues faced by many, and especially those who do not handle it/ address it.

We only make things priority when we understand just how crucial it is-

Also when w shave the right motivation.

A person won’t be motivated to work hard when they feel like they don’t have enough fun time, and life is just shxtty or so.

They would then have to realize they can change that, and doing that chore/task/ errand would help make that goal a reality.

That adds value to it all the time, well.
