Should I hurry up and get on with it or just leave it and keep staying to myself?

At first i didn’t know if it was because she recognized me from somewhere But I just started paying attention to her more and I never seen her before so. but now it might be to late it’s been three weeks she hasn’t really payed me any attention unless I do and I feel like she lost interest for me. she was the same today but not so much as the first day and I don’t know if she has a boyfriend by now its my 3 week at this job and we get paid next week I would want to talk to her before. or if she changes her mind about the job if she wants to stay or not i hate this because now it’s kinda all on me now.
