My Aesthetic doctor told me once that it works temporary and you still need to go under strict diet/workout to maintain it. If you going for procedure like tummy tuck, you may need multiple visit before you can see the desired result. I don’t think it is worth it though considering you still need to work hard for the maintenance. What is your routine like if you don’t mind sharing.

No quite the contrary. They're used to transfer fat from areas which have excess fat to another part of the body. This is performed mainly to fill volume-deficient areas, and also to smooth out wrinkles and creases. What you're referring to is called liposuction

Depends on what causes the weight gain. Medication? Comfort eating? Lack of exercise? If the cause is not addressed the shot is pointless.

I had a baby. I'm having trouble with stomach area. I can't afford surgery. I've changed my diet, exercising my waist hasn't seem to be reducing.
