I am trying to lean out and gain muscle at the same time. I know that you can’t gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, or so they say. Is recomp real? Am I good candidate for it? Should I be cutting, bulking or eating at almost maintenance? I do 1 hitt workout a week and lift 3-4 days a week with a couple CrossFit’s in between. Currently weight at 110, eating at 1400 and taking 125-140 grams of protein.
