Take boxing lessons and strengthen your knuckles, hand and arms by hitting harder surfaces.
How is hitting harder surfaces going to strengthen my arms?
Strengthens the bones and acclimates you to hitting hard surfaces, like a face
What hard surfaces could I punch without scaring my fingers? For example, me hardening my fists and arms by punching a tree. What plain, hard surface could i punch to strengthen my bones and muscles?
Plywood
It's what I used. You'll get bloody, but it's not too damaging
Ok. Can you think of any other surfaces and is there anything I could use at a boxing gym to also strengthen my bones and muscles?
And how much plywood would I need and where could I practice punching the plywood?
Muscles, anything. Your bones? No. Microfractures form when you hit hard surfaces, which flood with new calcium and bone growth, which is stronger than what you had
Enough as needed
Ok. Where would it be most comfortable to punch plywood?
Comfort? The center. More flexible there.
Just don't be afraid of injury. You need to be good with pain if you want to bare knuckle box
You mean the boxing gym?
Yeap
Ok. Thank you for your advice.
No idea. Sure it is on a Search.
For starters, join a reputable boxing gym.
