How hard do you push your children? Is there a limit?

Today I made my daughter do some leg workouts today and pushed her harder than usual. It was a good workout but I think I should have given her more breaks in between workouts😂

I don’t have children, but I often push my nieces and nephews. Experience shows that I can never push them hard enough to satisfy them—and I push as hard as I can.

It doesn’t seem to matter if it is on the swings or the merry-go-round or the sledding hill.. they always want me to push harder.

I have never imprinted my own ''ideals'' on my kids, but encouraged and supported them to find out about their own interests and talents.

They pushed themselves on their own; not by dictation.
