I would suggest you do something else with your time as trying to have a bigger butt is absurd.
It's not even possible because what you are talking about is genetic, there are no foods or exercises that you can do which are going to give you an African's ass and why would you even want that, the ass you have is fine just as it is.
This is fashion and in a short time it will be out of fashion and more than likely what will follow is a fashion for small asses and people with big asses will be mocked.
Is that completely retarded? Yes, of course it is but that is what humans are like.
Sufficient protein, enough sleep (7-8 hours), eating surplus calories (10-20%) more than your actual calories needed for your body, and doing lower body workout 3 times per week. Do exercises like Bulgarian split, Romanian deadlift, step up, hip thrust, donkey kicks (with band), squat, fire hydrant, lunges and few other leg routine. If you don’t like some of them, there will always be alternative to replace. You won’t see much result with just your bodyweight/lighter weight when you first started, but once you put on heavy load, then it would be noticeable. It is not easy at all and need a lot of patience but you’d fall in love with it once you see the change.
I have a large caboose already, and some say a big back porch. It wasn't always that way, but my friend told me what to drink, and it worked like a charm.
Now when I walk by construction sites, all the guys say: "Nice badonkadonk."

From looking at your design, you will discover that the excess food goes to side leg pouch and stomach. It’s a long and patient road.
The exercises and sleep habits the lady listed are accurate. Cut the carbs increase meat or soy or any beans. Whatever is cheaper. Body takes proteins and uses them as needed. Carbs go to fat or pouch/stomach.
No alcohol aisle, frozen food aisle, or snack aisle. Carbs in fresh vegetables are fine. Pretty much skinless chicken breast, beans, and broccoli 🥦 forever 🎉If you really want your ass to be bigger you are gonna have to put in some effort. Make sure you eat about 2 grams of proteins per kg bodyweight and do some workouts that focus on the glutes. Weighed exercises work way better than bodyweight exercises. I would recommend squats, RDL's, Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts.
I see a distinct curve there. Just as some guys (like me) prefer small handful sized breasts, some of us like more discrete butts.
You have quite a good figure I'd suggest. If you want more fat on your butt I don't see how you won't get fat elsewhere and I think that would be a shame.Be careful what you wish for. You are at the age where your metabolism is very high but it will slow dramatically at 30. I read once that a 16 year old girl has a metabolism 3x that of a 35 year old woman. This is why so many women become obese. Eating habits learned as kids end up creating obesity as adults.
Energy drinks aren't going to make your butt big. Having sufficient protein for the muscles to rebuild after the microtears of a workout in which you heavily focused on glutes will get you a bigger butt.

It's either muscle, that needs exercise/resistance effort, or fat, which needs tights/shapeware to give it whatever shape it gives. Some of it is the position of bones.
