What is your preference for a workout routine? Do you run or train with weights?
I take long walks but I dont know if that counts. Between these I'd choose running.

I do yoga, though I need to be replacing that with something else due to my wrist but I'm being stubborn.
I do running however in my job i am lifting heavy objects
neither I like horse riding,
Running! I hate weight training right now.
