I started taking them a week ago. Glad to say that the recurring ulcers in my mouth are no longer there.

I have OCD, anxiety and I'm also hyper vigilant so I take these supplements to ease my tension.
Turmeric is really good for health. I don't know the others, but turmeric is a solution for most antiseptic purposes.
OMG I also have OCD it seems. I repeatedly check for security locks before leaving the house. I even take media evidences that I have locked the house properly.
I check the documents or class assignments I upload multiple times. My friends once told me that the document is not going to change if I keep checking it again and again.
Fear from excessive thoughts to such a level that my chest feels really heavy sometimes.
I think I have OCD. I have to get diagnoses for it it seems.
Yes I do. I took capsules for years, though they lmost always upset my stomach, even when I took them with food. I found adult gummies a few years ago, and that's how I now take my daily multivitamins.
Sometimes. I was told once, all they are good for is to make expensive urine.
Oh you are talking about the yellow radium water.
It is just one of the vitamins. Vitamin B I guess.
I will also be using this just this one for 2 months. I will have to think about it afterwards. Natural cannot be replaced.
My case was a bit of an emergency.😂
No. If I wanted to take them I would ask my doctor first.
My dad introduced them to me.
Said you eat scarcely, and you need to get all the required vitamins and all. Take the tablets instead.
Constipation and stomach aches are side-effects that happen to one in a million or so. They will not happen to you.
He said that.

My cardiologist recommended a few, so yes. I eat pretty healthy, but now I also don't have to actually calculate "am i getting enough magnesium?" or what have you
Frankly No. Did you notice any useful change , especially in energy levels or something?
Energy level up a bit. Noticable.
This may be due to the vitamins and what not supplied through the tablets.
Also nothing like CONTAINS CAFFEINE is written on the container.
👍👍
Yes, I take them at night before I go to bed.
I take them just after the lunch.
My logic is, these are foreign to the body, right? So I believe that by taking them after the lunch, I at least partially mix them with the food thus increasing the efficacy.
Although this logic may be flawed as well.😅
I did take centrum for a while but stop taking it. The only supplements I take now are probiotics.
Yes, I take a multivitamin and also vitamin D.
No need for a multivitamin if you eat nutritious well balanced meals.
No. Get my Vitamins from apples and other stuff.
The natural stuff. Best.
Yup. Every day (that I remember to lol).
No vitamins for me.
No, I usually have to take other tablets
Yes, been taking them since high school.
Nope.
