WHY DID THE DOCTOR JUST FOCUS ON THESE TWO SYSTEMS IN A PHYSICAL?

So I went to a doctor for a physical and she took my vitals (all normal) and then talked to me if I had any problems and then she listened to just my lungs and my heart, out of all the body parts are these the two most important ones?

Because people can have heart murmurs etc. Also if your lungs and not working properly your heart can show signs of distress. All pretty common to do on a yearly physical. Had she suspected or heard anything she would have ordered a chest x-ray and or and EKG.

That's pretty standard. If you don't have any complaints then why would they check anything else?

Why would she just check those two (heart and lungs)

Only other thing I would think they would check is your blood pressure

You can't live without either of them.
