Let’s talk “period” while four weeks pregnant?

I need people who have experienced this also people with endometriosis. I am almost five weeks pregnant, yesterday I got the worst pain in my lower abdomen and last night bleeding. It has gone into today quite a lot of blood and cramps. However, the bleeding and cramps aren’t as bad as I usually get on a usual period. Any help would be amazing as I have my first Dr appointment Tuesday so can’t really do much at the moment.

That should probably be an emergency room visit.
While some people can claim that there's implantation bleeding, you probably shouldn't be feeling thast or bleeding.

Sounds more like a miscarriage unfortunately... You should go to the hospital. You should not experience pain or heavy bleeding in a pregnancy...

No it is not. Implantation bleeding happens 2 weeks after conception and is only light spotting and not accompanied with pain...
