I lift my weights, do 30mins jogging, eat my protein

Can I build muscle and lose a bit of fat at the same time?

My goal is a toned muscle look. So a bit of muscle like nice arms and chest that looked defined. I’m also working on that six pack.

Do you have to focusing on bulking and cutting separately?
