This is probably going to come off as pretentious but there are a few things you can do. One is a practice of gratitude, when you find yourself comparing your life to others, instead of thinking things like, "I wish I had their body/life" you say "I'm glad they have that life and I have this thing in my life that I like too."
Another option is to remember a little mindfulness practice in that the FIRST thing you think of when you see something isn't what YOU think, it's what you've been TAUGHT to think. For example, if you're looking around and you see someone in a tacky top and your first thought is "Oh, that's hideous, she really shouldn't wear that." That's what you're taught to think, and if you follow that up immediately with another thought like, "But it's her body, she can wear whatever she wants, it's not my business." That's more of what you actually think. Correcting your thought process isn't a bad thing, you are not what you're taught to believe, you can be your own person. Be kinder to yourself in the process, don't be mad for thinking negatively of yourself and your life first thing and just remember that it's what you've been taught to believe. A lot of us are taught to chase after specific goals and milestones and when we don't we're somehow bad people but that's not true at all. You got this, you'll be alright.
