I am out of pickle juice and coconut water. I am using a heating pad, there's gotta be something else, right?

I worked out last night.

Yellow mustard. Iโm serious, squirt some in your mouth and swallow it 👍🙂
the tumeric... helps the inflamation... better than pills!
A tablespoon of mustard before bed.
alright, I will do that as soon as i can get up, again, just got bck to the bed. I just had two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and some hymalaian salt, now got a gatorade. the best that takes those away for me is pickle juice and or coconut, in about a minute, really! been elevating on and off with massages toward my heart and forwarding my foot ttoward heart. thanks, I will do that

Hope you feel better soon !!!
I think cramps come from overdoing it , right.
i absolutely did too much, accidentally!
Calcium, magnesium and water help prevent cramps. You can get the calcium and magnesium from food or supplements. Make sure you consume these daily rather than wait till you have the cramps and expect them to miraculously eliminate them.
Pickle juice? You serious... You know if you want sodium and potassium you can just drink Gatorade and you'll also get a lot of water and some calcium at the same time...
yes, really...
really works.
i have a gatorae now
thanks
Potassium. Eat a banana of drink some Gatorade.
You could try a potassium supplement or Pedialyte.

Water.
