If I drink 700ml of rum over a 6 day period is that a lot?

I don't drink through the year but I like to treat myself at Christmas and new years. Christmas day I had 2 glasses of wine then since I had have some cocktails homemade with rum

I have has about 60% of the 700ml bottle so I anticipate it will take me 2 or 3 more days to finish it.

I won't drink from new years day so I somehow will try to make sure it's finished before then.

Is it a lot?

Assuming 35ml is a single, that's 20 shots. Less than 4 drinks a day. It's not much for festive period.
In UK terms, around thats 20 units. In the past I used to drink 6 pints a time, at least 3 days a week of not 5 days. That's anything from 36 units to 60 units. Week in week out.

That's less than 1.5 pints. Over a 6 day period, that's not much as long as you don't do it all the time.

That is almost a whole bottle in 6 days. That is a lot yes. But fortunately you don't drink during the year, so no damage to be expected
