It means you should quit doing that. You are a binge drinker. That's quite a bit to drink in a night. There are people who drink more, but 700ml is still lot. Even doing that once every three weeks is doing damage to your health.

Does it make you an alcoholic? Maybe, maybe not. But these things have a way of increasing and sneak up on you. Next thing you know you have a serious problem. Best to nip it in the bud.

The big question is, are you controlling the alcohol or is the alcohol controlling you? Can you nip it in the bud and stop? Or at least get it down to more acceptable levels? If you don't have control over it, then there is no such thing as an acceptable level. But if you can control it, it might not be a problem.

I'm sure you understand that being an alcoholic is NOT something you want.

Do you drink alone? Or are you out with friends when you do this?

Coming from a Mexican that has been drinking since 12 till this day I would say you are good at this, I sometimes try to stop drinking, buys a bottle I finish it way too easy, regrets buying it.

Sounds like you are heading towards liver failure or diabetes. There is also the possibility of stomach cancer or cancer of the esophagus. We won't even talk about how many brain cells are killed each time, or how it can lead to Alzheimer's. Shall I say more?
