i do and recommend air cycling, "laying down" like on back legs up cycling like bicycle.
good exercise if you don't have time to go to a gym or prefer to avoid "impact" jogging.
pay attention to keep legs elevated for aerobic benefit and muscle exercise.
I kid you not - masturbating lying down is harder and more strenuous than kneeling or sitting down 😮

I have to do the static exercises until my leg heals, better than nothing at all.
