At what point should I be concerned with addiction? At the 30th day mark?

Addiction starts when you can't live without anymore.
There are two forms of addiction, addiction to the substance and addiction to the habit.
Drugs usually have both.
Eg Nicotine: Addiction to the substance is over within 24hours, but the habit of taking a smoke break when everyone else does, or smoking a cigarette whenever you feel stressed, lasts way longer.
Its best to stop asap, the earlier you stop the more control you got. Once you realised you are addicted its way tooo late. Addiction isn't set for a certain number of days or weeks, and before its 100% safe. Its slowly creeping into your life, ruining it a little bit more each day.
When you use it to cope with problems. If you don't hate your life or aren't genetically predisposed it is hard to get addicted.
stop now bc you're already doing it too much. i sometimes do hard shit but it's RARE like maybe few times a year.
like i get it i don't get addicted easily to shit but mannn it gets easy to get dependent on it tho. especially coke like I've known addicts who would lose their shit if they knew coke was in the same house as them
An addiction only becomes an addiction when you start craving it, when you don’t know how to function without it, and when you can’t stop thinking about how to include it in your weekly plans.

You should have been concerned with addiction before you used it for the first time.
I’m not an addictive person. I don’t get attached to things.
There's a reason why you are asking the question.
