I donated plasma a few days ago for the extra money and also for a good cause. I felt nervous at first since I also have a thyroid disease but they told me I was fine after the physical and it feels a bit weird at first and sore throughout my arm and tingling but other than that I felt fine with plenty of water and rest after!
Many times- there was a point where I was surviving off it, which I don't recommend. The key thing to remember is this: when you're giving blood, you're a hero; when you're giving plasma, you're livestock. Keep that in mind, and you should be okay.
I tried one time, they said my veins were too small. Even when I try and donate blood same problem
