I notice that I'm extremely sensory sensitive when I sleep. My nervous system is always on high alert even when I'm in a safe space. God knows why. Childhood trauma maybe. Iono. But having something to cover my eyes was a must when I was sleeping in a hotel with someone who was watching TV. Some benefit from them more than others. I recommend them. But just make sure the mas has a good strong strap. The one I had broke & I wasn't even rough with it.
I understand to a certain degree when I’m up I’m up. When I’m tired and I find like a good corner then I can go to sleep but naturally like the sun so I’m a little afraid of a blindfold in my heighten my other senses
No way! Dating can be just as fun and fulfilling after 30. In fact, a lot of women find they know what they want more and don't waste time on games. The dating pool might seem smaller, but the people in it are likely looking for something serious too. So focus on the quality connections and you might be surprised!
I don't care to use those. But what I do use is a really cold washcloth folded over twice then put it over both eyes. It relaxes me to sleep 😴💤

I need darkness to sleep, so during the summer, I use them a lot to be able to sleep until 5-6 am :D
I used to use them a lot. My ex liked to sleep with the television on for some reason. I liked pure darkness.
I have never used a blindfold. However I will cover my eyes with say, a shirt or something like that, if I am catching a nap during the day.
They never work for me, but we sleep in a dark room already.
I used to always wear one. It was the best and truly helped me to sleep better. Sadly I can’t use them anymore as I have baby who would likely freak out.
When I need to catch a nap at work, I use my tie lol. So blindfolds are good when you don't have control of the lights, yes.
Decent curtains pretty much kill all light.
I guess they are okay but personally I can't stand the feeling of something covering even a small portion of my face while I sleep or try to sleep.
I only use them when sleeping at day when I have nightshift.
We used them last week but not to sleep 😂
I like them a lot, especially when there is light
at night, no need
my room is entirely dark already as it is
Yes, they work well.
Very useful for firing squad executions.
