I have it, but I stay away from tums except occasionally if it's not too bad. I think tums can just make it worse.
It's not as bad as it was because I've been a lot more careful. But it still happens sometimes. I take famotidine fairly often if I even suspect I'll get it.
I had it a few times about a decade ago but, it was mostly when I'd go to bed shortly after eating. I discovered that, if I sleep on my left side for a while first, I won't have that anymore because the top of the stomach is on the right so, the acid in your stomach can't go up there to get into your throat.
Yeah I had often when I was younger (in my teens) but that was because I was eating junk. Now it only flares up whenever I’m under a lot of stress.
I have acid reflux since I've had my gallbladder removed

yes, I used to have acid reflux during my early 20's... and then I changed my diet, my sleep, and my working habits for the better, way better... lol
Yup. I have to take pills for it everyday, because of the last time I had it for many months. Sometimes I just watch what I eat and it's fine.
I have it all the time. Even if I don't eat anything I get it. I'm on medication to help with the Gerd. I have to take it twice a day. My body just creates too much acid in my stomach
I don't take tums as all antacids aren't actually ways to treat it. I take Prevacid which us a way to treat is as opposed to alleviating the manifestation like tums.
None of the above. I used to have it harshly then I began creating a lot of saliva when it struck so about 6 months of this cured it. Has not returned in 23 years now.
i don't luckily
