Back in January and February. I had gotten sick back to back. I had RSV, a few normal colds and I also had pink eye. By the time I had healed from pink eye, I felt my nose get congested. The congestion never went away. No matter what I took. Months had went by and the congestion was still there. I wouldn’t say I felt worse either but new symptoms came along and they haven’t went away since. My upper teeth always feel really sensitive. It’s not one specific tooth. My nose always feels like it’s congested and it’s a lot of pressure in my nose/face. I get light headed sometimes. If I lay on the back of my head the congestion feels worse and I can ever hear the congestion when I turn my head from side to side. If I smoke or eat a thc gummie it almost like it triggers it and makes those symptoms worse. I told my doctor about all these symptoms and she says she believes it’s just allergic rhinitis. I do use a lot of chemicals when I clean around the house. I also work with cleaning. Bleach is what I may be using a bit too much of because it’s when I use it that those symptoms I described are worse. For years, my mother has been telling me “You shouldn’t use all that bleach. It’s not good for you.” Now here I am with chronic allergy/sinus like symptoms. I’m a overthinker so despite my doctor telling me what she highly believes it is another part of me is like “What if she’s wrong?” And I had been googling for months prior to my appointment so i have made myself believe I have everything from a sinus infection that spread to my brain to a tumor. Which both likely aren’t it but my anxiety wants to push me to believe the worse even after clarification from a professional.

Girl, I totally feel you on the medical anxiety. It's the worst when you're dealing with persistent symptoms and you start spiraling with all these worst-case scenario thoughts. I've definitely been there before.
The good news is that it does sound like your doctor has a pretty reasonable explanation - that this is likely just chronic allergic rhinitis, possibly exacerbated by your exposure to chemicals like bleach at work. That totally tracks with the symptoms you're describing.
I know it's hard not to overthink it and convince yourself it's something more serious, but try not to go down that rabbit hole. Your doctor is the professional, and she seems to have a solid grasp on what's going on based on your history and presentation.
The sensitive teeth, the congestion, the dizziness - those are all classic signs of sinus/allergy issues. And the fact that it seems to get worse with things like smoking or cleaning products is a big clue that it's an environmental trigger.
My advice would be to take your doctor's advice and start tackling this from an allergy management perspective. See if you can find some good over-the-counter decongestants or nasal sprays that provide relief. And be really mindful of limiting your exposure to harsh chemicals, especially bleach, that seem to exacerbate your symptoms.
It may also be worth considering seeing an allergist, just to get a more specialized opinion and potentially some more targeted treatment. But don't freak yourself out thinking it's something way more serious. Your doc seems to have a good handle on it.
The most important thing is to be patient with yourself and your body as you work through this. Chronic sinus/allergy issues can be super frustrating, but with the right management plan, you can absolutely find relief. Don't let the anxiety get the best of you, girl. You've got this!
Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm here to support you through this whole process. Wishing you all the best!
Trust the doctor about this.
But i never had anything like that.
You could just try some seasonal allergy medication, over the counter stuff like nasal sprays.
