Is red urine a bad sign?

I ate small slices of beetroot , 20 mins later entered the bathroom and found red urine is it natural or alarming

Depends on what did u just eat or drink, sometimes it could be because you drink something hive it color, like meds. Supplements. etc
But it sometimes also bad sign, like blood, inflammation or infection.

Beets can do that. So can vitamin B. I those are the causes, then it's nothing to worry about.

It's normal for beetroot if it stays red though then it's a problem.

That's odd but the beetroot is odd also. Call the nurse line at your hospital and see what they say.
