I usually get an adjustment after I do a triathlon. It takes a toll on me, especially the cycling portion.

They are all complete nonsense, with the possible exception of herbal medicine. Tim Minchin: "Alternative medicine is either not known to work, or is known not to work. If it were known to work, we would call it 'medicine'". Some diseases are currently incurable. If I contract one, I will make peace with my loved ones and plan a painless exit. I'm not giving money to some quack.

I was raised on all.
Went to the "doctor" first time yesterday in 42 months since they "diagnosed" me with cancer. They couldn't believe how I rejected their surgeries and poison and I was still here functioning.
I refused to tell them my holistic treatments.
They can shove their judgements.
It works.

I've tried Chinese medicine and acupuncture and it worked. Not so obviously the needles but the Chinese treatment absolutely had a very prompt evident improvement.
